BGCS/NFGON Survivorship Conference

There will be 3 speakers in the morning. Our keynote presentation “Patient Reported Outcome Assessment of Quality of Life in Gynaecological Cancer Survivors”, will be presented by Elfriede Greimel, PhD. Professor Clinical and Health Psychologist, Medical University Graz, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Austria. Two Consultant Nurse speakers will then present on Menopause and Pelvic Toxicities after Cancer Treatment.

In the afternoon we will have talks from all the gynaecological charities; The Eve Appeal, Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust, Target Ovarian Cancer, Ovacome and Ovarian Cancer Action. They will be showcasing the work they are doing, embracing “patient power” to make significant changes to care planning AFTER treatment.
