BGCS Autumn Meeting Cheltenham 29th October 2021

29th October 2021 | Cheltenham

Cheltenham Ladies’ College

We are excited to invite you to Cheltenham for the first BGCS face to face general meeting to be
held since 11th July 2019 in Cambridge.

Register here.

Whilst the virtual annual scientific meeting received amazing feedback, we have all missed the opportunity to network and exchange ideas effectively between colleagues and industry partners alike.

This meeting fills that gap in a venue well used to ensuring COVID security for its pupils and staff alike. There will be the opportunity to reflect together as a community about what we have gained and lost over the last 18 months and where we go from here.

Expect a stimulating and vibrant day of presentations and to catch up with friends old and new in the rarefied surroundings of Cheltenham’s famous Ladies’ College.

The evening networking event and dinner will be an opportunity for members of the gynaecological oncology community to come to together and discuss how to collaborate on improving patient care, collaborate with research across the country as well offering an opportunity for peer support after a difficult period in healthcare. An ordinary meal will be provided for delegates which will be served during the session. This evening networking event and meal is neither luxurious or lavish. Delegates have been offered the choice of two dinner options to ensure dietary requirements can be met.

Places are limited to 150 at the moment but are likely to expand as restrictions are reduced.

However please consider booking early to avoid disappointment.

To allow for planning the event in these uncertain times registration will close on the 29th September so please make sure you register ASAP.

Full refunds are guaranteed by the BGCS if the face to face event is cancelled due to COVID-19.
